When you disable a system role, all users assigned to that role will lose the permissions associated with it. This means they will not be able to perform any tasks or access any features that were previously granted by that role until it is reactivated.
Example: If the “Finance Submitter” role is disabled, all users who were assigned this role will no longer have permission to submit invoices. Once the role is made active again, those permissions will be restored to the users.
