How do I create and manage my Requests?

  • Click on Create in the side navigation to begin. Request forms are organized by domains, such as PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), or Invoice.

  • Within each domain, you can access multiple request types based on your permissions.

  • Your submissions are categorized into:

    • Drafts: Forms you’ve saved but not yet submitted. Only you can access these.

    • My Past Vouchers: Submitted forms that are either approved or rejected and no longer pending approval.

    • My Submissions: All forms you’ve submitted that are under review and pending approver action.
