How to View Master Data Records?

  • Navigate to the Master Data Section: Go to the Master Data section from the side menu.

  • Select the Desired Dataset: Choose the dataset you want to view, such as Vendors, Items, or Employees.

  • View Records: The records within the selected dataset will be displayed in a table. Use options like pagination, sorting, and filtering to locate specific entries.

  • Click on a Specific Record: Select a record to view detailed information.

Example:
If you're reviewing the Vendor dataset, you might filter records by "Active Vendors" or sort them by "Last Updated" to focus on recent changes. Click on a vendor to see details like contact information, payment terms, and associated invoices.
