How to edit a User Group?

  1. Log in and Navigate: Log in to your account and go to the Users section. Click on the User Groups tab.

  2. Select a Group: Choose the group you want to edit by clicking on its name.

  3. Edit Group Details:

    • Click on the three vertical dots icon.

    • Select the option to Edit Info of the user group.

    • You can modify all fields, including the group name, description, roles, and custom permission mapping.

    • Note: Edits will take effect immediately upon saving, but they will not impact any approvals made prior to the changes.

  4. Save Changes: Click Save to apply your changes.


Example: For example, if you want to change the role of the “Finance Team” group to allow members to only view invoices, simply select the group, click Edit, and adjust the role accordingly.
